White Deer Land Museum Summer Camp

White Deer Land Museum Summer Camps take place in a museum that was authentically restored from the 1916 office of the White Deer Land Company. The camps invite students to learn about student involvement and explore the museum’s summer camp offerings. Exhibits at the museum represent the lives of the early inhabitants of the county up to the present, and the camps are connected to this setting and focus.

The museum originally opened in 1970. Its mission is to preserve and interpret interest in the history of Gray County and the White Deer Land Company through education with regard to the land, the people, and their stories.
