Chara Christian Dance Academy offers dance classes, music lessons, day camps, special needs programs, private dance lessons, adult dance classes, and Bloom Fine Arts classes. Chara Christian Dance Academy states that its mission is to provide every student with exemplary dance and music instruction in an uplifting environment. The academy is a Youth Protection Advocates in Dance Certified Studio and has a thriving music department with over 120 students and 8 instructors, where music students receive 30-minute one-on-one studio lessons from highly qualified music instructors. Bloom Fine Arts is a faith-based learning environment for children ages 3 to 6 that offers developmentally appropriate activities and introduces shapes, name and letter recognition, writing, calendar, weather, numbers and counting, and an introduction to Spanish. The program offers a faith-based environment, Mommy & Me and Parent & Tot classes starting at 9 months, adult ballet for ages 18 and up, and DanceABILITIES for ages 14 and up with special needs, and describes its team as role models who help develop great kids by contributing to their self-worth, confidence, and character and giving every student a “third place” outside home and school where they are loved, valued, and accepted.
