Gingerbread Kids Academy

Gingerbread Kids Academy is an extension of the Gingerbread House in Rosenberg, where Fort Bend County children have been learning and growing for over 40 years. The program offers educational and developmental programs to meet the needs of children year round, including after-school programs that are currently enrolling. Gingerbread Kids Academy offers after-school pick up from Carter Elementary, Phelan Elementary, Thomas Elementary, and Williams Elementary, and provides on-site after-school programs at Arredondo, Bentley, Frost, Gray, Hubenak, Hutchison, and Terrell elementary schools. Summer camp information is also available.

Fort Bend County children have been learning and growing with this organization for over 40 years. Gingerbread Kids Academy and Gingerbread House Learning Center serve families from Beasley, Sugar Land, Katy, Pleak, Damon, Richmond, Rosenberg, and Needville. The program’s mission statement says it is committed to offering an affordable, quality learning environment that meets the developmental, educational, and social needs of children. The leadership team includes Kathryn Kaminski (Ms. “K”), Owner, and Tim Kaminski, M.S. CCC/SLP, State Certified Director/Owner. Tim Kaminski is a member of the Texas Association for the Education of the Young Child (TAEYC) and the Texas Licensed Child Care Association (TLCCA).
