About
Gingerbread Kids Academy is an extension of the Gingerbread House in Rosenberg, where Fort Bend County children have been learning and growing for over 40 years. The program offers educational and developmental programs to meet the needs of children year round, including after-school programs that are currently enrolling. Gingerbread Kids Academy also offers summer camp, and information about these summer options is available.

Gingerbread Kids Academy offers many programs to suit the educational and developmental needs of families throughout the year. The program provides after-school pick up from Carter Elementary, Phelan Elementary, Thomas Elementary, and Williams Elementary. It also operates on-site after-school programs at Arredondo, Bentley, Frost, Gray, Hubenak, Hutchison, and Terrell elementary schools. The academy serves families in Beasley, Sugar Land, Katy, Pleak, Damon, Richmond, Rosenberg, and Needville.
The leadership team includes Kathryn Kaminski (Ms. “K”), Owner, and Tim Kaminski, M.S. CCC/SLP, State Certified Director/Owner. The stated mission is to offer an affordable, quality learning environment that meets the developmental, educational, and social needs of children. Gingerbread Kids Academy is a member of the Texas Association for the Education of the Young Child (TAEYC) and the Texas Licensed Child Care Association (TLCCA).
