International School of San Antonio Summer Language Camps are part of a program that offers weekly language immersion camps in Chinese, Spanish, and French during spring and summer school breaks in a language immersion environment, with half-day and full-day camp options and tuition that includes healthy snacks. Children must be fully potty trained to attend the Language Camps, and the camps have small class sizes with an average student-teacher ratio of 6 to 1. Faculty and staff members are native speakers in Spanish, Mandarin Chinese, French, and Russian, and all faculty hold bachelor’s degrees, with many also holding master’s or doctoral degrees in education and other fields.

The International School of San Antonio was founded in 2019 by current CEO Katia Edrenkine. Its mission is to offer students comprehensive language immersion education from preschool through elementary school and to introduce children to rigorous global academic standards within a multicultural environment. The curriculum is accredited by Cognia and LabelFrancÉducation.

Parents describe the school as having attentive and dedicated teachers and administrators, small class sizes, and multiple language options including Spanish, Mandarin Chinese, and French. Parent testimonials mention children enjoying French camps, feeling welcome and safe, and liking Chinese immersion, as well as a child learning to read, speak, and write in both French and English. Parents also note that their children have enjoyed summer camps, daily updates with photos through an app, and that their children look forward to going to school and have made friends.
