About

MindSprout Montessori offers a teacher-led, Montessori learning environment that includes hands-on education and enrichment classes. Students can take part in activities such as Robotics, Fun Friday, and In-Home Tutoring. The program uses individualized learning plans in small class sizes, with teacher guided home learning extensions that align to classroom lessons and light homework only in the 4-Day Core Academics program.

• Ages: 3–14 years old
• Schedule: Teacher Guided Hybrid 2-Day and 3-Day options, plus 4-Day Core Academics options

MindSprout Montessori includes a Children’s House Montessori early childhood program for ages 3–6, with 2, 3, or 4-day options. It also offers an Elementary & Lower Secondary personalized Montessori learning experience for ages 6–14, available as a 2-Day Hybrid or 4-Day Core Academics program. The program is a hybrid private school with flexible scheduling options that include Teacher Guided Hybrid 2-Day and 3-Day programs and 4-Day Core Academics from Monday through Thursday.

MindSprout is a teacher-led program, and families are not responsible for selecting curriculum or serving as the primary instructor. Students learn with certified teachers. Desiree Corbin, the Head of School and MindSprout Founder, holds a Masters in Education and is certified in EC-6th, gifted and talented education, and English as a second language, and has undergone extensive Montessori training. MindSprout Montessori was founded in 2021.

The mission of MindSprout Montessori is to offer a teacher led, Montessori learning environment with personalized academics and flexible scheduling for families who want something different than traditional school. Desiree believes non-traditional learning approaches, such as the Montessori method with self-directed activities, hands-on learning and collaborative experiences tailored to the individual’s needs, create a well-rounded education. Families can schedule a tour, and the program lists applications for the 2026–27 academic year.

Parent feedback includes comments such as, “Shows how well you are doing your jobs when the kids think learning is playing!” from Leanne S., and “We couldn't be happier with their learning experience this past year. Thank you!” from Elizabeth C. Another parent, Mandy G., shares, “My son absolutely LOVES going to Mindsprout. He asks everyday how many more days until school...”
