Spanish Schoolhouse

Spanish Schoolhouse offers Spanish immersion programs where children are surrounded by the Spanish language each day. Hands-on activities and experiences are used to make discovery and learning part of the daily routine. The school’s mascot, Periquito Azul, a blue hyacinth macaw, appears throughout the school year to celebrate seasons, events, and learning.

At Spanish Schoolhouse, the stated mission is to embrace the love of learning while children are surrounded by the Spanish language and warm Latin culture each day, and to support the development of early childhood and academic skills. The program notes that Latin culture is warm and loving and that this is reflected by the staff. It also states that students are prepared with academic, social, and motor skills.
