Kids' College offers a range of hands-on activities, including Archery, Athletic Games, basketball, volleyball, table tennis, pickleball, and soccer. The program also includes creative and academic options such as Building Your Universe – Beginners Video Game Design, Master Your Universe – Advanced Video Game Design, CSI Kidz, Junior Medic, Engineering Extravaganza, Rockin' Robotics, Mad Scientist Fun, and Mad Science sessions for ages 7–9 and 10–12. Students can take part in arts and culinary-focused classes like DIY Workshop Art, Fun with Fine Arts, origami, print making with brayer and Gelly Plates, sketching, jewelry making, Beginner Watercolors, Mixed Media Art, Project SEW, Braids R Us, Glow From the Inside Out, Cupcake and Cake Decorating, Introduction to Culinary, and Decorate Your Cupcake and Eat it Too for both 7–9 and 10–12 year olds, as well as music classes such as Magical Keys to Piano and Melody Making.

Texarkana College Community Education states that Kids' College is part of its summertime classes for kids ages 7–12. The program follows Texarkana College Community Education policies that registration and payment of tuition are required before the start of class, and if payment is not made the day of registration, the student is dropped from the class. If there is not enough enrollment for a class, the class is not held and payments are reimbursed, and walk-in registration takes place at the Community Education Center in the Texarkana College Administration Building.
