Academy for Creative Learning offers year-round full-day childcare for children ages 2–5 years old, after-school childcare for children in kindergarten through 4th grade, and a school-age summer camp with a relaxed, fun atmosphere and a range of enrichment programs. The program practices the High Scope Curriculum education program and uses a Plan-Do-Review process for center time, weekly Small Group time, Letter Links, and Group Calendar Time, with classroom lesson plans centered around a weekly theme and posted outside classrooms weekly. Nutritious morning and afternoon snacks and a nutritious lunch are served daily, weekly menus are posted at the center, children are served in their classrooms, and Academy for Creative Learning is a nut-free facility.

The program follows the High Scope Curriculum education program based on the assumption that children learn best when touching and interacting with real things and having caring people around them, and it states that its program stimulates early childhood development and education, allowing each child to reach his or her full potential and develop a lifelong love of learning. High Scope Curriculum is described as consistent with the best practices recommended by the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC), and the program states that it utilizes the latest research on how children learn by using criteria set forth by the National Association for Education of Young Children. Upon enrollment, each family receives an Academy for Creative Learning handbook with detailed information regarding curriculum, programs, and policies.

Academy for Creative Learning has been dedicated to providing a standard of excellence in early childhood development since 1999. The facility uses a one entry/one exit system that is locked during the hours of 9:00 AM–3:00 PM and is only accessible to individuals provided with a security code for entry by office staff, and at minimum, two staff are present in the one entry/one exit area at all times during open hours outside 9:00 AM–3:00 PM. Flips Gymnastics comes to the facility weekly, and a licensed beautician provides haircuts in the onsite salon. The program provides after-school transportation from Lorena and Midway ISD (excluding Speegleville) and states that tours of the facility can be scheduled with office staff.

Academy for Creative Learning states that it proudly accepts Texas Education Freedom Accounts (TEFA).
