Pentagon Mixed Martial Arts Youth Programs include Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Muay Thai, kickboxing, and both Gi and No-Gi programs. The program also offers a Muay Thai foundations class. The training takes place in a bright, spotless, and welcoming space described as a great facility.
