About
Luis Rosado Tennis Academy Youth Programs offers tennis leagues, match play, daily clinics during Spring Break, and summer camps. The program also offers adult programs and private lessons, including one-on-one lessons with a focused plan based on skill level. The 8-Week Youth Programs are based on both the player’s skill level and age group, with a focus on each player developing and mastering their skills and getting match experience in a positive environment.
• Schedule: 8-week youth programs based on skill level and age group, plus daily clinics Monday through Friday during Spring Break
Luis Rosado Tennis Academy Youth Programs is led by founder and head coach Luis Rosado. Luis Rosado is a former professional tennis player with over 20 years of tennis experience as a player and teaching professional and is USPTA Certified. He is currently a 5.5 USTA player, was nationally ranked top 4 in Mexico for 18 and under, and has played tournaments in Europe and South America. His stated mission is to “give everyone the opportunity to learn about tennis, a sport you can play your whole life.” The program notes that playing tennis for one hour burns about 600 calories and that tennis challenges both the mind and the body.
