About
USA Ninja Challenge Bristol offers ninja classes, ninja camps, ninja parties, Parent's Night Out events, and a ninja qualifier in-house competition. Each obstacle course includes related conditioning and flexibility stations as part of the year-round obstacle course training program that combines basic skill sets from gymnastics, climbing, cross-training, and track and field.
