USA Ninja Challenge Bristol offers ninja classes, ninja camps, and ninja parties that use obstacle course training. Kids take part in activities such as Sidekick Class, Homeschool Class, Competition Team, Ninja Warrior - Teens, and age-based groups including Sidekicks, Jr. Ninjas, and Ninjas. USA Ninja Challenge Bristol uses world-class quality equipment, including rings, balance obstacles, tumbling surfaces, cargo nets, traverse walls, slack lines, ropes, ladders, and warp walls. Classes are structured into six levels with a variety of progressions, drills, and challenges, and the curriculum is designed to meet the requirements of a full physical fitness program for youth. The program combines basic skill sets from gymnastics, climbing, cross-training, and track and field, and runs as a year-round obstacle course training program. The camp program focuses on building confidence through fun and fitness, and experienced instructors supervise obstacle course activities during parties.
On Tuesdays, classes are offered for ages 6–8 from 4:15–5:15 PM, teens ages 13–17 from 5:30–6:30 PM, and the Competition Team from 5:30–6:30 PM. On Wednesdays, classes run for ages 4–5 from 4:15–5:05 PM, ages 6–8 from 5:15–6:15 PM, and ages 9–12 from 5:15–6:15 PM. On Thursdays, there is a class for ages 4–5 from 4:15–5:05 PM. On Fridays, there is a Sidekick Class from 11:00–11:45 AM and a Homeschool Class from 12:00–1:00 PM. On Saturdays, classes are offered for ages 6–8 and 9–12 from 10:30–11:30 AM.
