The Social Learners, LLC offers social groups, in-home speech and language therapy, and parent coaching intervention. The program provides speech, language, and social-communication services, including speech therapy services and coaching, collaboration, and instruction to support adaptive, social-emotional, and communication skills. It also offers coaching for teachers, parents, and guardians to facilitate language and social growth for children.
The Social Learners, LLC is co-founded by Kasey Gray Huynh M.S. CCC-SLP and Emily Riedel Porto M.S. CCC-SLP, both nationally certified Speech-Language Pathologists. Additional team members include Speech-Language Pathologist Victoria Starr M.S. CCC-SLP and Early Childhood Special Education teacher Minna Charland M. Ed. Multiple staff are licensed, ASHA certified Speech Language Pathologists, and one staff member is an ADHD-Certified Rehabilitation Services Provider (ADHD-RSP). Staff have completed continuing education and additional training in DTTC, PROMPT, Autism Spectrum Disorders, AAC, Gestalt Language Processing, Social Thinking, SOS Approach to Feeding, SOFFI, Michelle Garcia Winner’s Social Thinking, and one staff member completed a fellowship through the AAC Collaboration Grant focused on Augmentative and Alternative Communication.
