Astar Explorer

Astar Explorer offers activities that include crafts, open play, science, Storytime STEM, and open exploration in the Little Explorers area. The program also includes Coding, 3D printing, and Edible science, and uses real world tools and applications as part of its hands-on STEM focus. Astar Explorer runs hands-on STEM-based Summer, Winter, and Spring Break camps, hosts birthday parties with hands-on party options, and offers field trips designed to complement classroom curriculum and foster creativity and explorations.

• Schedule: Open Monday–Friday with daytime hours from 8:00am–4:00pm and additional availability until 6:00pm, plus weekend hours from 11:00am–4:00pm

Programs at Astar Explorer are taught by expert instructors and are described as research-based educational programming. The center offers a Little Explorers program for Pre-K, home school classes such as Storytime STEM, Coding, 3D printing, and Edible science, and Girl Scout workshops where Daisies up to Juniors can earn STEM badges through hands-on workshops.
