Children's Science Center Lab

Children's Science Center Lab is an interactive museum where children, families, and school groups explore science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM) concepts. Guests engage with fun, hands-on exhibits, activities, and programs that include experiential learning, problem-solving, and design challenges. The organization follows a “For Kids, By Kids” design philosophy that uses children’s input in the facility, exhibits, and programs, and it emphasizes core values of Community, Fun, Excellence, Innovation, and Leadership.

• Price: Save $2.50 per ticket when you buy online during July. Purchase tickets in advance and save $2 per ticket.

Northern Virginia Science Center Foundation operates Children’s Science Center Lab and STEM programs that travel to schools and other community venues across the region. The mission of the organization is to inspire a love of learning STEM by providing unique opportunities to explore and create. The organization serves tens of thousands of guests each year at the Lab and through programs delivered to schools, libraries, and STEM festivals across Northern Virginia, and it collaborates with local and national partner organizations. Northern Virginia Science Center Foundation is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, and it plays a leadership role as a catalyst of STEM interest, ideas, and conversations.
