David R. Pinn Community Center Youth and Teen Programs and Camps

David R. Pinn Community Center Youth and Teen Programs and Camps offers youth and teen after school programming along with spring, summer, and winter camps. The program includes STEAM, technology, and computer instruction as part of its activities. The center also offers senior programming and table games, adult fitness classes, an adult open lab, meeting spaces for groups and organizations, and facility rental.

• Ages: 5–18 years old
• Schedule: Hours available Monday–Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM, and Saturday, 11 AM to 5 PM

The community center is described as an inclusive facility that offers programs and activities for community members of all ages and backgrounds. It has a kitchen and a multi-use room and is adjacent to a playground, open field area, and basketball court. The center serves as a warming and cooling center during extreme weather events, and staff are prepared to accommodate community walk-in needs for these services during operating hours, though visitors using warming or cooling services do not have access to programming or classes unless they are current registered members. The community center has marked its 50th anniversary, and the division director is Chris Scales.
