For over 15 years, Tuckahoe Sports, Inc. (TSI), a non-profit organization in Virginia, has offered baseball and fast pitch softball programming for youth 5U–18U. The organization states that at Tuckahoe Sports, kids play, learn, and develop both on and off the field thanks to contributions. TSI has a professional staff and an on-site experienced team, and Lesa Williams serves as Executive Director of TSI.

The 38,482 square foot Tuckahoe Sports Training Center includes an MLB regulation size turf infield, seven batting cages, three baseball bullpens, two softball bullpens, a weight room, and a 2,000 square foot turf workout area often used for speed and agility. The facility uses the latest technology for player development and has a secure facility entrance. Year round programming includes lessons, camps, and clinics, and Mid Atlantic Orioles teams have year round access to the facility.

Tuckahoe Sports, Inc. (TSI) has a 16-year strategic partnership with Tuckahoe Little League and is the Official Training and Travel Partner. TSI provides annual team assessments and free youth and coaches’ clinics to support the development of Tuckahoe Little League members. Over 65% of TSI players annually are current or alumni members of Tuckahoe Little League. Winter Madness tournaments bring over 8,000 new families to the venue each winter over 14 weeks, and there are over 2,000 families in their audience for sponsorship exposure, with sponsorships described as a tax-deductible donation.

One parent, Stephen C, reports that Tuckahoe Sports has been a facility where his boys have trained for baseball development over the past few years and describes the staff as knowledgeable and willing to assist. Another parent, Kathy H, notes that both of her children played on TSI teams, practiced throughout the year using the indoor field and batting/pitching cages, and took lessons and camps with instructors she describes as some of the top in the industry. A third parent, Jim M, describes TSI as having friendly, helpful staff and knowledgeable coaches, first-class equipment, cages, and an indoor turf field, along with clean bathrooms and a lounge area that his family uses.
