About

CASA is an after-school program for elementary school students in grades K–5. The program offers activities that are designed to enhance recreation, behavior, social skills, and physical skills. CASA programs use the Brightwheel app to track attendance and communicate with parents.

• Ages: 5–11 years old
• Schedule: From school dismissal until 6:00 p.m., following the LCPS calendar
• Price: Monthly fee: $405/child

CASA is described as an after-school program for elementary school students (K–5) that provides a safe, fun environment for children of working parents. All LCPS alternate transportation requests related to CASA need to be made through Loudoun County Public Schools ParentVue and are not guaranteed. For alternate transportation, the requested location must be in the student’s school attendance zone, must have available seating on the bus, and must be on the existing route or path assigned to that bus. For any questions or concerns, families are instructed to use the CASA Customer Service Request Form.
