Atlantic Coast Tumbling offers acrobatics instruction, gymnastics and cheer tumbling instruction, and tumbling classes. The program also offers participation on a competitive Acrobatic Gymnastics team. Classes take place in a facility that includes a Tiny Tumble Area and a full gym.
• Ages: 5–18 years old
• Schedule: Ongoing classes with opening hours Monday–Thursday 4:00pm–9:00pm and Saturday 10:00am–2:00pm
• Price: We offer competitive prices.
Atlantic Coast Tumbling maintains an 8:1 ratio in its tumbling classes. Classes are ongoing rather than session-based, and if a student starts mid-month, the program prorates tuition for the first month only. Families can register through an online portal and view class availability in real time.
Atlantic Coast Tumbling was started as a result of the sale of Elite Cheer & Tumble's Newport News location to Illya Demyanyuk in February 2009, and in May 2017 it purchased Elite Cheer Sensations All-Star cheer squad. The program is a USA Gymnastics member club, which requires it to adhere to and maintain certain standards. The program provides tumbling for athletes from various high schools, cheer squads, and gymnastics teams from around the area.
