Atlantic Coast Tumbling

Atlantic Coast Tumbling offers Beginner Tumbling for ages 6 and older for $80 per month. The class includes handstand, round-off, cartwheel, forward roll, backward roll, bridge, backbend, back walkovers, running back handsprings, and standing back handsprings, with no minimum skill requirements. It also offers Back Handspring Class, Intermediate Tumbling, and Advanced Tumbling for ages 6 and older, plus Tiny Tumble for ages 3-5 for $60 per month.

Programs

• Beginner Tumbling — For ages 6 & older · $80 per month · Work on handstand, round-off, cartwheel, forward roll, backward roll, bridge, backbend, back walkovers, running and standing back handsprings. No minimum skill requirements.
• Back Handspring Class — For ages 6 & older · $80 per month · For students who have mastered all beginner tumbling elements except the standing or round-off back handspring. Focuses on all elements of the back handspring and strength and conditioning.
• Intermediate Tumbling — For ages 6 & older · $80 per month
• Advanced Tumbling — For ages 6 & older · $80 per month · For students working on skills such as pikes, layouts, and fulls. Minimum requirement is a standing back tuck or round-off back handspring tuck without assistance.
• Tiny Tumble — For ages 3-5yrs · $60 per month · Students are introduced to basic gymnastics skills and use various gymnastic apparatus to develop strength, balance, and agility. No minimum skill requirements.
• Pay Per Class — $25 per class · You must be a member. Attend any open class at your skill level. Ideal for those who cannot commit to a full month of tumbling.

About the provider

Atlantic Coast Tumbling started as a result of the sale of Elite Cheer & Tumble's Newport News location in February 2009. In May 2017, the business purchased Elite Cheer Sensations All-Star cheer squad. It is a USA Gymnastics member club.

• Open Gym — Students must be ages 6 and up · Sat. 12PM-1PM · Supervised by qualified staff. No pre registration required.
• Private Lesson — One-on-one attention with the instructor of your choice. Students decide what they would like to work on. There are no age or skill level limits or requirements.

Yearly membership fee of $30 for students enrolled in classes. Membership fee is not required for open gym or private lessons. Students may register online and view class availability in real time. Mid-month start is prorated for the first month only.
