Camp Apasus offers campers the chance to canoe, explore nature, practice archery, cook over fireplaces, try axe-throwing, and play in a gaga pit. Campers use fireplaces located at each camp site, Adirondack, and pavilion, and each site includes platform tents and picnic tables. For indoor activities, groups can use the Sertoma Lodge or the Rotary Cabin, along with U-Pitch tents and platform tent units that each have fire circles.

Camp Apasus has been providing Girl Scouts with fond memories for more than seventy years. The camp includes Princess Sertoma Lodge with heat and air conditioning, a kitchen and bathroom, and a capacity of 20, as well as a Rotary Cabin with a capacity of 12. Sertoma Lodge is equipped with a kitchen and bathroom facilities that include showers. The property includes six canoes, an archery range, an axe-throwing range, a gaga pit, U-Pitch tents with capacity for 20, and platform tent units with fire circles at Wah-Wah Tasee, Ski-co-ak, and Navaho, each with one tent, five mattresses and frames, and a capacity of 5. Camp properties are part of the Girl Scout Council of the Colonial Coast and are available for rent. Pets are not permitted on GSCCC properties, but service animals specifically trained to aid a person with a disability are welcome, and comfort or emotional support animals are not recognized as service animals under the ADA.
