Rockwood Nature Center Programs include activities such as hikes, animal interactions, lectures, crafts, exercise, camps, and archery classes. The programs use an instructional archery range that is for program use only and not open to the public for general use. Rockwood Nature Center does not accept, transport, or rehabilitate injured or orphaned wildlife.
• Ages: 3–18 years old
• Schedule: Rockwood Nature Center is closed to visitors until March 6, but scheduled programs are ongoing.

Pre-kindergarten programs are offered year-round and focus on development and nature for ages 3–5. Senior programs can range from hikes on the trails to craft classes. The Rockwood Nature Center is home to a national award-winning archery development program. As a county Parks and Recreation program, Rockwood Nature Center Programs state that they are committed to meeting participant needs as best they can.
