Southwest Virginia Rush / Rush United FC Youth Soccer Programs offers soccer training, soccer development, and recreational soccer for children. The program also includes competitive soccer matches and a summer soccer camp.

The club employs talented full-time and part-time coaching staff with vast experience of youth soccer across the US and the world. Southwest Virginia Rush / Rush United FC Youth Soccer Programs is part of Rush Soccer, which has 125 clubs, is present in 48 countries, and has 91 professional alumni. Rush United FC spans from Roanoke to Abingdon, VA to Banner Elk to Charlotte, NC, and Academy teams will play 4–5 weekends throughout the season with minimal travel. The Youth Academy for ages 8–10 is a funded program with no player fees, and Rush United FC states that no one should be left out due to finances.
The program uses a player-centered approach, is backed with a national-level program, and offers elite-level coaching. Rush provides top-quality opportunities for players at all levels and offers international soccer experiences through Rush Travel in cities like Madrid, Rome, Buenos Aires, and London, with nine destinations across Europe and the Americas. The organization notes that it has 25 years in existence.
