About the provider

For nearly 20 years, Moonlit Wings has provided acting camps and after-school acting classes for kids of all experience levels. The leadership team includes Walid Chaya, Founder & Artistic Director; Jordyn Stewart, Youth Programs Director; Samantha Jalajel, Director of Summer Camps; and Rawan Chaya, Music Education Director. The program has won Washington Family Magazine’s 'Best Arts Program' and 'Best Children’s Theatre & Drama Instruction,' and it offers need-based Diversity Scholarships for kids and teens.

Most programs conclude with a showcase or performance for families. All instructors complete background checks. Instructors are available to speak with parents at check-in and dismissal, and families receive email updates when needed.
