Lancerlot Sports Complex offers ice sports including hockey, public skating, figure skating, youth skating lessons, and ice bumper cars. The program also offers swim lessons, parties, and personal training. The facility includes an indoor pool, outdoor pool, weight room, cardio equipment, indoor track, a full range of group fitness classes, child watch service, and an Olympic size pool with lap lanes.

Lancerlot Sports Complex operates in conjunction with partners CCA Marlins to offer swim lessons all year long. The complex features a state-of-the-art ice rink and is the home of the Virginia Tech Hockey Team. The facility is under new ownership and management and is working to update and modernize the facility. Leadership roles include Complex Manager Kathleen Sink, Rink Operations Manager Milton Clark, Aquatics Manager David Oalman, Health & Fitness Manager and Personal Trainer Robin Hartman, Front Desk Manager Kelly McCarty, Figure Skating Director Meghan Noga, Referee Scheduler Jake Lavoie, and Personal Trainer Jacob Johnson. Ice bumper cars are available starting July 3rd.
