Prestige Gymnastics Academy offers activities such as tumbling, gymnastics, Bible lessons, crafts, open gym time, and exciting games. Children use equipment including vault, uneven bars, balance beam, spring floors, climbing walls, climbing ropes, and trampolines, and can take part in Summer Camp style clinics, beginner and intermediate gymnastics classes, private lessons, and clinics and workshops. The program also offers Little Gems, Opal, Ruby, and Emerald classes, as well as Tumble4Jesus, Playnastics open gym membership, Date Night (Parents Night Out) events, Mobile Gym & Fieldtrips, and Flip-a-Palooza Summer Camps that include obstacle courses, themed games and activities, fitness, and trampoline time.

Prestige Gymnastics Academy states a mission to provide good, Christian examples for children in their community, boost every child's confidence and create future leaders, teach children to accept challenges, persevere and rise above them, help children discover themselves in a safe and fun environment, and develop happy, healthy, and responsible children for the next generation. The program serves its Prestige Gymnastics Academy family in the Moneta, Bedford, and Franklin County areas. Prestige Gymnastics Academy is a USAG Member Club, and coaches must pass a strenuous series of training, background checks, and online testing in order to be on the floor with athletes. The program offers a designated Youngster’s Play Area for kids ages 0–5 years old, guarantees small classes and states that it does not overfill classes or overload coaches, and provides a virtual suggestion box, an online Pro-Shop, and an Amazon Store & Storefront. Dress code guidelines specify comfy play clothes for Little Gems (formerly Mom & Tot) classes, leotards for girls and comfy/play clothes for boys in Opal (formerly Preschool) classes, no dangling jewelry, socks, shoes, or hair in the face, and a signed release form on file for all students.
