Parent feedback includes comments that staff are compassionate and interact with children during pick-up times, that families have felt peace sending children during the pandemic, and that staff at the C. Hunter Ritchie site show a balance of structure, positive reinforcement, and a caring attitude, with hugs, careful supervision, and warm greetings for children and adults.
