Bainbridge Island Saddle Club Programs include schooling shows, clinics, equestrian gaming, demonstrations, show rallies, summer camp, social events, trail rides, mounted meetings, parade participation, working equitation clinics, and riding lessons. The schooling show series includes both a hunter-jumper schooling show and a performance schooling show, along with horsemanship certifications. For the hunter jumper show, the program offers camping and overnight stalls as well as day stalls.

Bainbridge Island Saddle Club is a membership organization whose purpose is to promote good horsemanship and foster amateur equestrian sports in the Bainbridge Island community and surrounding areas. It hosts educational activities such as schooling shows and clinics for children and adults, and offers member-only events such as equestrian gaming, demonstrations, and social gatherings. The organization is funded through annual membership fees, event fees, and donations of time, money, and expertise from members and the community, and the facility is available for rent.
Riding lessons are permitted through member trainers who hold a certificate of insurance. The organization is governed by an elected volunteer Board of Directors and operates as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Bainbridge Island Saddle Club partners with other non-profit organizations in pursuit of its purposes and is the home of the Bainbridge Island Pony Club, and each member of the Bainbridge Island Pony Club must hold an active Saddle Club membership. At the end of the show season, the organization holds an annual awards banquet to celebrate and honor the achievements of its members.
