Sudden Impact Volleyball Club offers private volleyball lessons along with several seasonal programs, including a Winter Youth Program for 2nd–3rd grade and 4th–6th grade, Winter Beach Programs, and JRs New Years Eve Doubles Tournament. The club also runs Winter 2026 Blended Training Blocks for 6th–8th grade and 9th–12th grade, Jrs. Friday Night King/Queen of the Court, Adult Friday Night Beach King/Queen of the Court, and a Beach Winter Women's Doubles League.

• Schedule: Winter youth and training programs, evening leagues, and special events on select weekdays and Sundays
SIVBC’s Winter 2026 Blended Training Block 3 for 6th–8th grade meets Mondays from 7:30–9:30pm, January 5 to February 23, with no sessions on January 19 or February 16. Winter 2026 Blended Training Block 4 for 9th–12th grade meets Wednesdays from 7:30–9:30pm, January 7 to February 25. The Winter Youth Program for 4th–6th grade meets Fridays from January 2 to February 6. Jrs. Friday Night King/Queen of the Court runs on December 19 and January 2, 16, and 30. Adult Friday Night Beach King/Queen of the Court runs on January 9 and 23. The Beach Winter Women's Doubles League runs Sundays from January 4 to February 22 with time slots from 6:00–7:15pm, 7:15–8:30pm, and 8:30–9:45pm. The JRs New Years Eve Doubles Tournament takes place on December 31 with first serve at 9:00am.
Sudden Impact Volleyball Club is a 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to the training of female student athletes at the highest level. SIVBC has applied its skills and coaching techniques among all of its teams for the past 11 years. The club has a combined coaching experience of over 200 years, including coaches with collegiate experience at the University of Washington, Seattle University, and Northwest University. SIVBC has qualified teams for USA’s Junior National Championships across all age groups from U12–U18 in the last 10 years and has placed athletes in collegiate programs throughout the country from Division I to NAIA. The club employs the Gold Medal Squared coaching philosophy and methodology, using a consistent way of teaching across all age groups. According to the club, whether a player is 10 or 18, she is taught the same principles of volleyball in a positive way that develops her into a better volleyball player. Sudden Impact’s mission is to provide the best training for junior volleyball players in the Puget Sound Region and to take each player to a higher level of competitiveness while maintaining her love for the game.
