STEP Computer Academy

STEP Computer Academy offers Junior Computer Academy for grades 1-12. It also offers STEAM Journey for grades 0 to 4, Comprehensive Computer Science Education for grades 4 to 9, Digital Art and Design for grades 4 to 9, Competitive Robotics (FLL) for grades 4 to 8, C Programming / Algorithms for grades 8 to 12, and AP Computer Science Mastery Program for grades 9 to 12.

About the provider

STEP Computer Academy was founded in 1999, and its US branch in Bellevue, WA was founded in 2015. The academy says it is an authorised educational centre for Microsoft, Cisco, and Autodesk, and students may get Microsoft, Cisco, and Autodesk certificates during their studies. It says it partners with local non-profits to provide computer education for underserved communities, and its mission is to empower students with a quality education to unlock their full potential for future success.

Group classes welcome students from 1st grade up to 12th grade. Private classes are offered for all ages. Group classes are not specifically for adults. Small groups: maximum 8 students for grades 1st-2nd and up to 12 for grades 3 and above. Free trial classes are offered for existing groups, but trial classes cannot be scheduled for future classes currently open for enrolment. Private sessions can be organized for $80 per hour.
