Swim Lessons & Teams includes Private Swim Lessons, semi-private and tri-private lessons, Group Swim Lessons, Junior Pool Lessons, Masters Swimmers, and the Poseidon Aquatic Club swim team. Children and adults take part in activities such as assisted and unassisted floats, kicking techniques, basic strokes, side breathing, rhythmic breathing, deep water exploration, crawl stroke, backstroke, treading water, and introductory diving skills. Group Swim Lessons place swimmers into stages called Aqua Play, Kinder Level, Level 1, and Level 2, and some classes meet in a warm Junior Pool while others use deeper water.

- Group Swim Lessons — 6 months and up · Summer months June–August; each class maximum 5 swimmers · Offered during summer; swimmers placed by stage (Aqua Play, Kinder Level, Level 1, Level 2)
- Aqua Play — 6 months – 3 years · Parent-assisted class focused on water familiarity, comfort, and basic water skills
- Kinder Level — 4 – 6 years (flexible based on skill) · Builds on Aqua Play; focuses on independent swimming; mostly in Junior Pool with shallow Lap Pool experience on final day
- Level 1 — 7 – 8 years (flexible based on skill) · Introduces rhythmic breathing and deep water exploration; groundwork for stroke development and water safety
- Level 2 — 8 years and up (flexible based on skill) · Builds endurance and refines techniques in deeper water; includes crawl stroke, backstroke, treading water, and introductory diving skills
- Junior Pool Lessons — In warm Junior Pool; includes classes like Aqua Play and Kinder Advanced; focuses on assisted and unassisted floats, kicking techniques, basic strokes, and side breathing
- Masters Swimmers — Adults · Monday, Wednesday, Friday 5:30 a.m. · Adults of all skill levels; team-like environment with structured workouts tailored to abilities
- Poseidon Aquatic Club (Swim Team) — 5 and up · USA Swimming Program; open to all ability levels; participates in Pacific Northwest Swimming (PNS); training includes technical work, nutrition, core strength, and flexibility

Swim Lessons & Teams takes place in an aquatic center that has a 25-meter, 6-lane Main Pool and a warm, shallow Junior Pool, along with a hot tub, sauna, and locker rooms with showers. The Poseidon Aquatic Club swim team is a USA Swimming Program that participates in Pacific Northwest Swimming (PNS), and its training includes technical work, nutrition, core strength, and flexibility. The aquatic center is publicly owned and operated as part of a community pool partnership that serves the local community.
Private Swim Lessons are sold in packages of three and are non-refundable and non-transferable. Age recommendations for Kinder Level, Level 1, and Level 2 are flexible and based on individual skill level. Parents or guardians are actively involved in all Aqua Play activities.
