Edgewood Summer Camp includes indoor sports, outdoor sports, daily sports and games, and arts and crafts. Campers also take part in educational lessons, interactive guest speaker sessions, and special activities such as water slides and bounce houses.

The program serves students who attend Discovery, Hedden, Fife, Northwood, and Mt. View elementary schools. Staff members are described as experienced coaches who have passed a comprehensive level-2 background check, the same type required to be a school teacher in Edgewood. The camp has served hundreds of families, and most summer camp families stay enrolled for many years. The program also offers an After School Program, and the team is available to chat with parents on weekends. The organizers state that there are only a few spots left in the 2026 summer camp, that the camp sells out quickly each year, and that there is never a dull moment at the camp.
