Issaquah FC Youth Soccer Programs offers recreational soccer, select soccer, premier soccer, and individual skills clinics. Recreational, select, and premier soccer give players different levels of competition, and the individual skills clinics focus on control, passing, and movement with small group sizes.
• Ages: 4–18 years old
• Schedule: Recreational soccer has a 3–4 month commitment; select soccer has a 6–10-month season; premier soccer is year-round.
Issaquah FC is a non-profit soccer club focused on providing a complete set of youth soccer programs for the Issaquah area and states that it is more than a club and describes itself as a community. The club is a member of Eastside Youth Soccer Association (EYSA), Washington Youth Soccer (WYS), and US Soccer. Issaquah FC is the neighborhood club of Issaquah School District and primarily serves the area bounded by Issaquah School District #411, from Sammamish to East Bellevue, Klahanie to South Lake Sammamish, and east Renton to Issaquah, and is part of the Eastside Youth Soccer Association (EYSA). Issaquah FC collaborates with Positive Coaching Alliance (PCA) alongside other national organizations, such as the US Soccer Federation (USSF).
Individual Skills Clinics are led by Gordon Hill, a former Manchester United and England National Team player. Issaquah FC has a stated stance on social equity, committing to an inclusive environment with equal access without bias towards race, color, religion, age, sex, sexual orientation, gender expression or identity, income level, social status or national origin, and will provide all athletes with the opportunity to participate in club programs consistent with their gender identity or the gender most consistently expressed. Issaquah FC believes that soccer is a game for all kids, believes soccer is a vehicle for building confidence, resilience, and character, aims to make the community stronger by embracing diversity and promoting inclusivity and equitable service, and states it is developing the leaders of tomorrow.
