Junior Programs

Junior Programs take place at Riverbend Golf Complex, a public golf facility that includes a Championship 18 Hole Golf Course, a Driving Range, and a full-scale golf merchandise retail store. The programs run at a course that is relatively flat and easy to walk, with over 50 bunkers and three lakes, and use a driving range that has 32 stalls.

The Championship 18 Hole Golf Course opened in 1989, and the Golf Division of the Parks, Recreation and Community Services Department has operated the facility since 2000. Riverbend Golf Complex is owned and operated by the City of Kent and is part of the Parks, Recreation and Community Services Department. The facility has been recognized as one of the busiest courses in the state, with 70,000 rounds played annually, and it was a 2025 Seattle Times “Best of the PNW” Silver Medal winner. One testimonial describes it as a very good public golf course with excellent greens, fairways that are frequently repaired and in good shape, and friendly and helpful staff. The complex is currently only accepting credit card payments and is not accepting cash.
