The program includes a beginner–intermediate structured development league and offers private training for team members and non-team members in grades 3 and up. EBC Training Centers notes that it has 10+ years of athlete development, 60+ EBC athletes at the collegiate level, and 300+ active athletes, and it is identified as Washington’s only LUCEO Sports Partner. EBC Training Centers states that it is “pursuing elite basketball development in a family-centered environment for student-athletes in every community.” Its mission statement explains that it strives to assist young student-athletes to develop as people, students, and athletes, and that its basketball program will instill values it identifies as important in every walk of life, including hard work, positive mental attitude, teamwork, responsible behavior on and off the court, and respect for coaches, teammates, and themselves. The mission statement also says that all members and team members will embrace the mission “EBC, Where Success Follows Hard Work.”
The program’s refund policy states that all camps, clinics, and program fees, including tryout and season fees, are non-refundable once payment has been made and registration has been completed, with special exceptions that may be considered for early withdrawal due to injury and possible account credit for future programs or services on a case-by-case basis.
