Academy Sports Center Volleyball Programs

Academy Sports Center Volleyball Programs include Summer Camps, 3-Day Camps throughout July and August, the Summer Skills Series, Speed Serving Sundays, the AVL Academy Volleyball League, the Academy Jumpstart Series, skills training and team competition, and volleyball tryouts. The programs offer co-ed training and league options for beginner to intermediate 3rd–9th graders, with specific levels for different grade ranges. Academy Jumpstart is designed for incoming 3rd–6th graders and focuses on building volleyball IQ, confidence, athleticism, and strong foundational skills in a fun, structured environment geared toward beginner and developing athletes, and players can pair Academy Jumpstart with AVL Level 1 on Mondays for an extended afternoon of training and gameplay. The Academy Sports Center offers many different programs and training options throughout the year for beginners to elite level volleyball players.

• Ages: 8–18 years old
• Schedule: Summer 3-Day Camps throughout July–August; Summer Skills Series on Tuesday, Thursday, and Sunday sessions; Speed Serving Sundays in July–August from 7:30–9:00 PM; AVL Summer 1 runs July 6–July 31 and AVL Summer 2 runs August 3–August 28, both on Mondays and Fridays; Academy Volleyball League Levels meet in the afternoon and evening; Academy Jumpstart meets from 2:00–4:00 PM

Washington Volleyball Academy, a juniors volleyball club founded in 1999, is based at the Academy Sports Center. The Academy Sports Center is home to Washington Volleyball Academy and is recognized with JVA listed under Social Media.
