True Martial Arts Redmond offers Martial Arts Summer Camp, Tae Kwon Do, Arnis, and Cardio Kickboxing. The summer camp is open to current students and non-students of all skill levels, and students ages 3 and up can take part.
Programs
- Martial Arts Summer Camp — Current students and non-students of all skill levels; students ages 3 and up · Full-day camps: Monday through Friday, 9:30am - 2:30pm; Half-day camp: 9:30am - 12:30pm · $50–$315 per week · All skill levels welcome. Full-day camp cost is $315 for the full week. Half-day camp cost is $50 per day or $180 for all four days.
- Tae Kwon Do — Students ages 3 and up, including adults · Monday - Friday
- Arnis — Students ages 3 and up, including adults · Monday - Friday
- Cardio Kickboxing — Open to all · Saturday mornings at 9:00 am · Students can purchase a punch card or pay a drop-in fee for a single class.

The program has been in operation for more than 40 years. Its stated mission is to help people become more physically fit, happier, more able to defend themselves, and more able to achieve their goals.
