About the provider
Dash of Soy Culinary School started in 2019. Its mission statement says, “A Story Behind Every Recipe. Where cooking and Asian culture meet.” It specializes in simple, delicious, and healthy home-cooking inspired by childhood and family traditions. The school is described as the highest-rated cooking school in Seattle and as the only cooking school in the United States owned and run by a team of all-women, all-Asian chefs. It also donates regularly to non-profits and charities that support women, minorities, LGBTQIA+ communities, and BIPOC communities.
Classes are hands-on and small-group, with a maximum of 6 students in-person. The school is in Georgetown, Seattle, 10 minutes from downtown Seattle with free street parking.
