Emerald City FC is a soccer program that offers soccer activities, including a development program and an Elite Academy (EA) Program. The program also holds spring tryouts and additional tryout opportunities during the year. Emerald City FC describes itself with the slogan “Soccer for Life.”

Emerald City FC has been Seattle's premier soccer club since 1979 and notes over 40 years in the Seattle community. Tryout options include Spring Tryouts for U8–U19 girls and U8–U15 boys, February Tryouts for U16–U19 boys, and Supplemental Tryouts mid-season.
The leadership team includes Patrick Negron (President), John Hamel (Director of Coaching), Derrek Falor (Technical Director), Lucas Isler (Director of Operations), CJ Hamel (Development Director), and Amy Wakeman (Bookkeeper / Registrar). The club’s mission states that it is more than just a soccer club and describes itself as “soccer with a conscience.” The mission also states that it helps youth soccer players of all abilities develop life-long skills, build friendships, and have fun while playing in a competitive environment, and that it provides support, flexibility, and structure to make select soccer accessible to families of all backgrounds and financial abilities.
