About

Seattle Central Little League offers baseball programs for boys and girls and softball programs for girls. The program includes Skills Assessment Day sessions for AAA/Minors and Majors baseball divisions, Little League Opening Day, the SCLL Diamond Champions Community Day, and an annual fundraiser event called SCLL Afternoon with the Mariners.

• Ages: 4–14 years old
• Schedule: Opening Day is March 28th; Skills Assessment Day sessions are held at the end of February, with dates typically announced in January.
• Price: Tickets for SCLL Afternoon with the Mariners are $26 for Main Level and $18 for View Level, with $8 from each ticket going back to Seattle Central Little League.

Seattle Central Little League states that all baseball and softball players ages 4–14 are welcome and that no experience is required. All baseball players registered for the AAA/Minors and Majors divisions are required to attend a Skills Assessment Day session, and these sessions are used to assess each player’s skills to support competitive balance among teams and are not tryouts. A player may attend more than one Skills Assessment Day session but is required to attend only one. Little Leagues are geographically based, and every player must live or go to school in the league’s boundary area, which for Seattle Central Little League runs from the Ship Canal to I-90 north-south, and from Lake Washington to Lake Union and then Elliott Bay east-west. Registration for the 2026 season is open, and full payment of the registration fee is required at the time of registration. Seattle Central Little League has a Financial Aid policy and states that every child should have an opportunity to play baseball or softball regardless of their financial situation. Seattle Central Little League also hosts the SCLL Diamond Champions Community Day and the annual SCLL Afternoon with the Mariners fundraiser as part of its community involvement.
