Seattle Integrated Martial Arts (SIMA) offers The SIMA Experience, a free orientation session that lasts 30 to 45 minutes and includes observing a class, meeting Bob, and asking questions. It also offers unlimited classes after the trial, private sessions by appointment, an Aware & Ready Women’s Personal Safety Workshop that lasts 90 minutes, and Team Resilience & Personal Safety sessions that last 90 to 120 minutes on-site.
