West Seattle Little League hosts practices and games for its teams. The program includes a Junior Volunteer Umpire Program and a two-day Jamboree season kickoff celebration. Families are also given instructions for picture day, when players are asked to arrive 10 minutes early in full uniform.

The league is involved in community events such as the WSLL Minors and Majors Baseball Players Clinic hosted by WSHS. Fundraising activities include Dine Out events at restaurants such as Panda Express and Chipotle, where a portion of event sales is donated back to the league. The league also participates in Seattle Mariners Little League Days and shares a Seattle Kraken x Mariners discounted ticket offer.
