Spokane Children's Theatre offers live theatrical entertainment through full-length theatrical productions, camps, and classes. The program produces six full-length theatrical productions annually and provides ongoing camps and classes that engage students in all aspects of theatre, from performance to storytelling and teamwork. Spokane Children's Theatre intentionally casts all ages and fosters a welcoming, inclusive community where creativity, mentorship, and lifelong learning are at the heart of everything they do.

Spokane Children's Theatre was launched in 1946 by The Junior League of Spokane and is Spokane's oldest theatre organization. It operates as a year-round arts organization. Its mission is to provide enjoyable, educational, and affordable live theatrical entertainment for children, adults, and their families. Spokane Children's Theatre is a Washington Non-Profit Corporation designated a 501(c)3 organization by the Internal Revenue Service. It states that it does not and shall not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion (creed), gender, gender expression or identity, age, national origin (ancestry), disability, marital status, sexual orientation, or military status in any of its activities or operations. Spokane Children's Theatre is a proud member of unspecified organizations, as indicated by the statement "SCT IS A PROUD MEMBER OF."
