Spokane Indians Youth Baseball and Softball offers a range of seasonal programs, including Spring and Summer T-Ball & Coach Pitch, Spring and Summer Recreational Baseball and Softball, and Spring and Summer Coach Pitch Softball. The program also offers Fall Recreational Baseball – Games Only, Fall Recreational Softball – Games Only, Bambino Buddy Ball, Spring Competitive League, Fall Competitive League, and multiple tournaments such as Cinco De Mayo, Memorial Day Super Bash, Best in the Northwest, and River City Rumble. Additional options include Summer Camps, Summer Baseball Camps, Summer Softball Camps, Little Sluggers, SPS Little Sluggers, and SIYBs/SIYBS field rentals.

The organization lists League Partners as part of its community involvement and has received the Bob Robertson Sportsmanship Award.
