Reality Sports is a program where athletes participate in competitive teams and open, donation-based training. Coaches spend time in life-on-life coaching and discipleship relationships with athletes, sharing the good news of Jesus Christ and applying the gospel to every area of their lives. The program trains athletes through an Academy strategy that includes ongoing open training and competitive teams utilizing the 4Foundations© of Reality Sports.

Reality Sports states its mission as sharing the life-changing message of the gospel with athletes and families, and making disciple-makers of Jesus Christ within the context of sport. Its vision is to “Turn the World Upside Down through Sport.” Reality Sports is a 501 (c)(3) organization.
