The mission of Programs – Boys & Girls Clubs of King County is to inspire and enable all young people, especially those who need them most, to reach their full potential as productive, responsible, and caring community members. Innovative and culturally responsive programs are designed to empower youth to excel in school, become engaged leaders, and lead healthy, productive lives, and are also described as empowering youth to become good citizens. The organization describes itself as a leading youth development organization with skilled, caring professionals who understand where every kid is coming from and help them shape their path toward a great future.
