Eaton Arrowsmith Academy was founded in 2005. The school says its mission is to empower every student to reach their full potential by combining cognitive enhancement methods with specially designed academic instruction. Eaton Arrowsmith staff members have received ERASE (Expect Respect & a Safe Education) training.

Eaton Arrowsmith works collaboratively to ensure the wellbeing and safety of students through Nonviolent Communication, mindfulness practices, and strong community relationships.
