North Central Washington Volleyball Club offers volleyball activities that include club play and tournaments. Players take part in events such as the NCWVBC Lights Out U12 Tournament, Lights Out U14 Tournament, NCWVBC Lights Out U16 Tournament, and NCWVBC Lights Out U18 Tournament, along with a Mandatory Scoring/Ref Clinic and an online scoring/refereeing class.

• Schedule: Tournaments are scheduled on a weekend with U12 and U14 events on a Saturday and U16 and U18 events on a Sunday.
Coaches in North Central Washington Volleyball Club meet USA Volleyball’s minimum education requirement for coaching a USAV Junior Volleyball Program through completion of IMPACT (Increased Mastery and Professional Application of Coaching Theory) training, and they are encouraged to attend CAP (Coaching Accreditation Program) Level I every few years. The club’s leadership team includes Club Director Jeff Riley, Treasurer/Assistant Director Stephanie Fuller, Administrative Secretary Jen Reyes, Sponsorship & Uniform Coordinator Jolene Bray, Tournament Coordinator Fona Sugg-Mathena, Equipment Coordinator Delisha Hutchinson, and Coaching Coordinator Jordan McGregor, and NCWVBC board members are volunteers and do not get paid. The club offers an NCWVBC Fan & Athlete Store with shirts, sweatshirts, hats, bags, and other items. For tournaments, adult chaperone parents must have an Adult USAV/ERVA membership and pass a background check, NCWVBC covers the cost for the volunteer chaperone parent, and snack parents handle purchasing and transporting team snacks and food. A mandatory 4-hour online class is required before playing in a tournament, per Evergreen Region requirements, for those who did not attend the in-person class.
