Advantage Gymnastics offers Advantage for All, inclusive and supportive gymnastics classes for children with unique needs, with small class sizes for optimal support. It also offers Preschool | Drop In Classes from 4 months old until Kindergarten, including parent-child classes, open gyms, and playgrounds, plus Preschool gymnastics for children walking through 4 years old that includes Baby Gym and Tumble Tots. Other offerings include Advantage Ninja with obstacle training, gymnastics, and freestyle movement; Tumbling & Trampoline with basic tumbling skills, trampoline jumps and skills, flexibility, strength, and coordination; Girl's Recreational Program for girls 5 years old and up; Competitive Teams; Camps for kids ages 5-12; Open Gym; Kid's Night Out; Clinics; and an Indoor Playground for walking children through 5 years old.

• Girl's Recreational Program — 5 years old and up · Girls’ gymnastics instruction; introduced to all 4 events in Women’s Gymnastics.
• Competitive Teams — Girls’ competitive programs for all levels; coach referred and require a tryout or evaluation.
• Camps — kids ages 5-12 · summer camps; weekly June 22nd-Aug 28th · $100–$600 per week · Kids enjoy daily gymnastics and summer fun; half day and full day options are offered.

Advantage Gymnastics says, "We teach mental and physical discipline through the sport of gymnastics." The facility is 20,000 square feet and includes state-of-the-art equipment, multiple trampolines, a large loose foam pit, and child-sized gymnastics equipment. Its policies note that free trial is offered, drop-in programs are available, all preschool programs are coed, all Ninja programs are co-ed, competitive teams are coach referred and require a tryout or evaluation, indoor playground use requires pre-registration and adult supervision, and younger siblings who are not yet walking are free with a paying older sibling.
