Woodinville Junior Football & Cheer offers tackle football, flag football, and cheer, along with a Speed & Agility Camp, Cheer Camp, a Woodinville High School Junior Football Camp, a Jamboree, and a Friday Night Lights event. The program includes equipment handout days and an end-of-year team celebration.

• Schedule: Key 2025 dates include registration opening March 15 with Early Bird Registration through March 31, Speed & Agility Camp on June 8, equipment handouts on June 18 (4pm–8pm) and June 22 (2pm–5pm), Woodinville High School Junior Football Camp on July 23 (4:30pm–6pm), first practice on August 4 (5 days per week), Cheer Camp August 4–6, a parade on August 9, Jamboree on August 23 or 24 (TBD), Friday Night Lights on August 29, practices shifting to 3 days per week starting September 1, first game on September 6, a championship game in November (TBD), and an end-of-year team celebration at the end of November; dates are subject to change.

Woodinville Junior Football & Cheer offers five tackle football levels for players from 3rd to 8th grade, with player placement based on the GEJFA Age/Weight chart and a number of other factors. Official rosters are not set until the end of July, and players can change levels based on the most recent weigh-in. The program states that football provides the opportunity for youth to learn the game, build confidence, learn the value of commitment and teamwork, and make new friends in a fun and supportive environment, and it emphasizes safety, skill development, and sportsmanship. New player safety initiatives for the 2018 season include head impact sensors, sideline trainers, and off-season conditioning partners.
The program is led by WJFA Board President, Buddy Phillips. Woodinville Junior Football & Cheer lists partner organizations including the Greater Eastside Junior Football Association, Woodinville High School Football, and the Woodinville Parade. The cheer program has earned recognition as 2024 and 2025 Junior Cheer State Champions, and Woodinville Elite Cheer has secured a state championship.
