Nike Swim Camp at Lawrence University includes drill sessions, Team Olympics, games, and optional practice, along with chances for campers to race some of the college swimmers. Campers take part in video assessment and video analysis, including analyzing videos counselors take of them swimming different strokes and receiving individualized feedback. The camp also includes nightly free time in the dorms for campers to spend time with each other.

This camp is led by Coach Drew and his staff, along with the Lawrence College coaching staff and counselors. According to parents and campers, the camp includes technical instruction on strokes, one-on-one time with coaches, and activities customized to different age levels and abilities. Parent and camper comments describe the coaches and staff as treating kids with respect, having strong knowledge of the sport, and providing video assessment, tips, and feedback on strokes.
