About
Camp Vertical includes daily large group puppets and games, all-camp games, worship, Bible teaching, and small group time. Campers bring their own lunch from home and spend additional time in activity groups during the day.
• Ages: 7–13 years old
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00am–3:30pm, from June 15–August 14, 2026, with options to choose 1 to 8 weeks and optional morning and afternoon extended care
Camp Vertical exists to be a space where kids experience the ministry of Jesus Christ through faith-based worship and teaching, friendships with peers and leaders, and fun summer activities. Kids 7 years old through those entering 8th grade in the fall can attend. Families can register campers for a different activity group each week. The program offers daily Bible teaching and large group worship. Optional Morning Extended Care begins at 7:30am, and Optional Afternoon Extended Care runs from 4:00pm until all campers are checked out by 5:30pm. Every Friday there is a parent program in the gym at 3:00pm as an end-of-the-week celebration where grandparents, friends, and neighbors are welcome. Camp Vertical is a ministry of Elmbrook Church.
